We are looking for a producer/musician or a songwriter to take on our recording studio in Chiswick park/south Acton area for 4 full days a month, long term (self-service/dry hire)
Price List
1. Dry Hire (Production/Writing)
1 x full day a week / 4 x days per month
£70 per session
£280 per month (4 sessions)
Long term price.
2. One off Dry Hire (production/writing)
£20 an hour - capped at £100 for 5+ hours
within a full 24 hour day

Setup:
The studio consists of a mechanically ventilated tracking/writing room with Se Electronic 2200 mic, SM7B Mic, Adam A7X monitors, Akai MIDI Keyboard, Acoustic guitar, Yamaha Drum kit & Focusrite Audio interface, LED screen monitor.
Must bring own laptop / DAW to connect to studio hardware.
Would suit someone well organized, clean and respectful of the equipment provided.
The studio also benefits from an excellent location with transport and shops just around the corner.
