• First floor (bedroom area) – not included in the booking.
• Please don’t move the large sofa – furniture stays as is.
• No smoking or drugs inside the property.
• No eating in the living area – please use the kitchen or patio instead.
• No shoes indoors – helps keep the space fresh and clean.
• Guest limit – maximum of 12 people on the property.
