What we do... Here at My Aerial Home we teach a range of Aerial Circus Classes and courses including... ​ Silks, Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, Rope (Corde Lisse), Straps, Spanish Web, Dance Trapeze, Handstands, Acrobatics, Contortion, Circus Fitness, Tightwire, Tumbling, Hula Hoop, Juggling, Wire Work, Bungee, Pilates, Children's Circus Classes, Dancers Intensives, 1 month aerial training courses and 3 month Professional Aerial Training Courses. ​ So come and see MAH and start your aerial journey! We are based in Lower Sydenham and most of our clients come from Forest Hill, Crystal Palace, Bromley, Beckenham, Penge, Dulwich and Orpington. We are only 20 minutes from central London so if you live in North London, or anywhere else in the UK or in fact the world we are easily accessible! And MAH's Attic studio is available to hire on an hourly basis.
