This large detached Victorian villa with off-street parking is fantastic both for easy reach of Central London and the West End. The house has three huge reception rooms with 3m high ceilings all with original marble fireplaces. Hopton Lodge also boasts seven bedrooms and four bathrooms including a ground floor shower room. The large country style kitchen is well-equipped for food shoots and features brick-tiled walls and handy shelves for props.. It is well-equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, warming drawer and microwave. The 34 foot living through room has two fireplaces for relaxing and a large dining table that seats up to 18 guests. Of particular note are the three large bathrooms which all boast free-standing baths. The house has neutral décor throughout with a combination of washed-wood floors and white painted floorboards. All rooms have two or more windows allowing light to flood in. Outside there is a large country-style garden (south-facing) with terrace and a large lawn while the front of the house offers parking for three cars.

White Location

White Location is a portfolio of four large houses based in London. These houses are available for location shoots

There are three separate shoot spaces based in the South London area, owned and managed by interiors stylist Catherine Woram and architect, Michael Bains. With a neutral decor and enormous rooms, the houses have formed the backdrop for many companies including John Lewis. Waitrose, Harrods, Smythson, Marks & Spencer and Feather & Black. The large kitchens in each house have also played host to many celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver, Mary Berry, Antonio Carlucci, Nigella Lawson and Ella Woodward as well as Pippa Middleton who used the house for her book, Celebrate.
