Hello friend,

Exciting news! We've begun work on the next phase of Tutti, and welcomed two new developers to our team: Pooja and Bhaskar. Read on to learn what they'll be working on and why. And keep reading to learn how you can help us mould the future of Tutti in exchange for free software.

In related news, we have made some big updates to our inbox view, and enabled you to ask potential enquirers whatever questions you want before they send a request. Explore that in profile settings → question bank or learn more in our Patch Notes, linked below.

To finish, we are currently raising our first round of investment to make all of these exciting changes possible. We have all the money we need already committed, but if you believe in what we're building and would like to invest - effectively buying a piece of Tutti - we will be opening the opportunity to you, our community, in a few months. If you'd like to get involved, simply sign up here.

Until next time,
Gabriel and the Team @ Tutti

What's next for Tutti?

While there are many services trying to help you get bookings, we're very likely the smallest, with only three full-time employees and no investment. However we've been told by a number of people that our software is among the best. This, along with a number of discussions with venue managers both on and off Tutti, has inspired us to explore a new path.

Rather than trying to compete with the massive platforms out there who excel at getting you bookings, we want to apply what we do best to help you: building software.

Our goals are to save you time, by focusing on three key things to start:

  • Helping you easily keep track of all enquiries and bookings, from any source (phone, website, socials, Tutti’s marketplace, any other platforms, any agencies)
  • Speeding up and tracking payments (for anything) all the way from initial invoice through to your accounting software
  • Giving you a complete history of interactions, shared documents, and payments with any customer (from the point you start using our software)

I want to emphasise that this does not mean our marketplace is going away. It will continue to exist and to give your listings increased visibility.

Free software in exchange for feedback

In order to build the best software, we've created an Early Adopter programme where ten people will help us mould the software as we build. Six spots are already taken, so if you are interested in securing one of the remaining four, let us know by reply!

What we'll need from you:

  • Give us 30 mins of critical feedback each time we launch new updates, approximately every two to three weeks
  • Let us pick your brain from time to time with questions about how you currently manage certain processes

In exchange, you will be able to use the software for free throughout the entire Early Adopter programme.

If you're interested in being involved in the Early Adopter programme, drop us an email.

Feature update: improvements to inbox

You may have noticed - we love building things - so of course we have updated the Tutti marketplace with a number of features to make your life easier.

Most notable is the improvement to the inbox view, trying to make it a lot more familiar, especially to those who use Facebook Messenger: inbox on the left, conversation in the middle, details on the right (click the "i" icon on mobile in top right to see details).

We also created a custom question system so you can choose which questions artists have to answer when sending an enquiry, rather than simply relying on the existing options. You can find this in profile settings → Question Bank.

Learn more about these changes and many more in our Patch Notes.

Super Spaces

We showcased this space to our artists in this month's newsletter. If you'd like us to showcase your space, become a Verified Host.

Algha Works

Tucked away in Hackney, Algha Works was a glasses factory once home to the prestigious eyewear maker, Savile Row, which made frames for the likes of James Bond, Harrison Ford, Harry Potter and many others. This amazing location is like no other!

Decidedly Different

Something different this week in the form of a favourite YouTube channel of ours: Wild Wonderful Off Grid. If you're anything like us and have thought about building your own home one day, this 20 minute time-lapse is the video for you. This amazing couple build everything from the ground up and publish all of their efforts for you to enjoy on YouTube. And if you like this, they have four years' worth of content for you to enjoy.

Watch Wild Wonderful Off Grid's 20-minute house build.

PS. Quick reminder: if you would like a 3D model for your listing, we're always happy to introduce you to Matterport. Pricing is based on square footage, starting at £150 for up to 2000 square feet. Drop us a reply and we'll connect you with the team.
