Rachel
In 2017, Rachel returned to England to look after her mother and to continue the work of her parents at Little Harford. Rachel's parents were both artists and had a deep love for nature, which they demonstrated by planting 2000 trees on the property in 1992. Today, the property is a grade 2* listed thatched cottage set in 6 acres of garden and woodland.
Rachel has inherited her parents' passion for the environment and is committed to preserving the natural beauty of Little Harford. She believes that the property is a unique and tranquil space, perfect for musicians who want to create and be inspired by their surroundings.
During lockdown, Rachel built a music studio with her niece, Hannah (Mina), and she now wants to share this space with other musicians. She invites musicians to come and stay in one of the bedrooms in the house, share meals with whoever is around, and create music in the studio.
Rachel is a warm and welcoming host, who is passionate about music, nature, and community. She believes that Little Harford is a special place, and she wants to share it with others who share her values and her love for music and the environment.
