The joint kitchen-dining-reception room is 8.48x8.03, with a ceiling height of 2.7 metres.
It contains a lowered central lounge area, with a long corner sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. Surrounding the main room are three double-door windows, all fitted with blackout blinds. The southern bedroom is separated from the lounge by a sliding door which doubles as a unique backdrop for shoots.
The kitchen counter overlooks the lounge area, and adjacent to it is a small window-side dining table.
As well as having adjustable ceiling lights, the room is furnished with several lamps providing warm lighting to shots.
