Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time Pick up the key from the master lock, next to the mail box (there is a code for it which will be provided) When leaving you need to place the key back in the Master lock key box There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking Upon leaving if it is after 15:00 they need to lock the main entrance, making sure all windows, specially the back door is closed and locked Finally, please set the alarm and place the key in the master lock key box, re-scrambling the lock after you have placed the key back If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided No affixing any items to walls, ceiling, the exterior of the building You can utilise the glasses and metal part of the windows if you need to add light decorations for events or birthday parties (balloons, garlands, etc.) Large powered equipment (eg bouncy castles) are not allowed No extensive sounds systems eg PAs or larger instrument amplifiers If using tables and chairs, wipe clean and place back when the event is over If using the kitchen, all used items must be cleaned and left either on the supplied drainage board or countertop for the community centre staff to put away once dried All in the fridge should be taken away with the hirers No open flames No smoking inside or outside around the centre or the church, you need to step out the gate No loud music No vaping Please use the General waste bin for black rubbish bags and Recycle bins for recycling waste If the waste bins were full, please find extra rubbish bins behind the church or take them away with you Do not leave the waste outside the bin Leave promptly after your event Leave the space as you found it Mops and hoovers are available, the code to access them will be made available after the booking is confirmed All cleaning products including Black Waste Bin bags as well as recycling bags are stored in the kitchen under the sink If you can not find what you need, please ask the cafe team Smoke alarms Fire extinguishers
