Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time For one-off bookings, your steward will be on site to enable access to your hired space A member of staff will remain on site during the booking for health & safety and fire warden duties, they will also familiarise you with the amenities available in your hired space No smoking (Including the Terrace) Bring your own rubbish bags and dispose of offsite If your booking is until 11pm, music needs to be off by 10:30pm and prompt departure at 11pm.
