Turn off all appliances and lights
Tables and chairs returned to storage racks, close doors and windows, flush toilets, turn off all appliances, turn off taps, activate alarm on exit (only applicable if keys were given prior to booking), any damage to be reported and paid for
Return tables and chairs to furniture racks provided, any damage must be reported and paid for
Lights in the toilets must be switched on when entering the building and remain on during the hire, then switched off at end of Fire escapes must be kept clear at all times
The hirer is responsible for ensuring any electrical equipment (eg bouncy castles, sound equipment etc) brought into premises is in a safe condition, and ensure any equipment a professional is bringing on site is PAT tested
The hirer is responsible for any accident or injury - the hirer must complete the accident sheets located in the buildings if an accident occurs, providing all the information requested and hand it in at end of hire
Hirers must agree to St Mary's safeguarding policy statement (attached at checkout)
No items are to be stuck on any of the walls
