Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time Self service access, details provided in booking info The outer door is unlocked remotely, the inner door is on a number code, lights for foyer to right of entry door, hall lights on right in hall, chapel lights on left behind door to chapel There won't be a member of staff on site during your booking If you have any issues contact the venue contact provided No smoking No vaping Alcohol must be approved by venue Bring your own bags and take the rubbish with you Leave promptly after your event Leave the space as you found it All lights off, all tables and chairs returned to designated storage spaces, entry doors secured and closed Cancellation Policy: For Dining/Party and all non-repeating bookings the hire fee is payable at the time of booking Standard repeating events such as classes etc are not charged until 30 days before the event Once charged fees are not refundable but a booking credit for a future date will be given if the event is cancelled In the event of the dining/party hirer canceling within 3 months of the event the hirer agrees to pay 50% as a cancellation fee and if less than 6 weeks prior to the hire, then the full fee is payable Again a full booking credit will be given for a future date if requested Carbon monoxide detectors Fire alarms Smoke alarms Fire exit signs Fire blankets First aid kit CCTV
