We hope you had a lovely June.
We are busy building the software we mentioned in past emails: a booking management tool that will give you much better oversight of your enquiries, not just from Tutti, but from anywhere. Our goal is to make it much more efficient and useful than the combination of Google calendar and spreadsheets that most venues use today.
If you're extremely keen eyed, you may have already noticed some features from that popping into the marketplace:
- Public and unlisted listings (useful if you want to use our software, but not our marketplace)
- New booking statuses and colours
- Multiple booking types: Tutti bookings and External events
- Deeper permission systems (more details below)
If you want to be one of the first to gain access to the software, let me know.
While our dev team are busy working on the software, the rest of the team have been:
- Busy improving our Search Engine Optimization so that your spaces are found more and more by people on Google
- Preparing for our upcoming crowdfunding campaign where you will be able to buy shares in Tutti and become part of our story.
Until next time,
Gabriel and the Team @ Tutti
Feature focus: permission systems
We've updated the permissions systems, which makes it simple for you to collaborate with teammates on Tutti.
This update allows you to add more specific permissions so that colleagues or collaborators can access and manage individual locations, rather than your whole account, while logging in securely with their own email and password.
To set up a new user, simply go to Profile Settings → Permissions, and invite colleagues using the "invite user" button. You will then be able to set each person's permission level by assigning them a role as either admin, manager, or supporter.
If you work with multiple colleagues overseeing many locations, you can now easily invite all individuals who are responsible for managing these, and only allow access and editing rights for the locations relevant to them.
Here's a 30 second video showing you how to do that.
Own a piece of Tutti
The launch of our crowdfunding campaign is fast approaching - we're in the late stages of preparing the paperwork now. As you've been an integral part of Tutti's story so far, we want to give you the opportunity to share in our success. We will be selling ownership of the company, where you will be able to buy shares in Tutti for less than £20. (It must be noted that this will be an investment opportunity, so if you choose to invest, your capital will be at risk.)
As mentioned in our previous emails, we've been busy behind the scenes raising investment privately to build new software for you, our hosts. But we also want to give you the chance to get involved, if you've been impressed by what we've managed to achieve so far with no funding and only 3 full time team members.
As a quick reminder, the software will give you a powerful calendar tool to manage and keep track of enquiries, not just from Tutti, but from anywhere. It will also include payment tracking, a customer relationship manager, and data-driven insights to help you determine which sources and types of bookings are most effective for you.
