We've been hard at work to improve our Search Engine Optimisation, so that you get more eyeballs on your listings.

It's working! Our traffic is increasing, and the numbers are only going to grow in the coming months through increased marketing efforts and our upcoming crowdfunding campaign (if you want to take part, see details below).

That's why now is a crucial time to take a few minutes to review your listings. We want to help you maximise bookings by ensuring you provide the key pieces of information your customers need.

Update your listings

Managing booking enquiries is hard work, so we want to save you precious time by passing on the feedback we've received from potential customers about listing pages.

In general we get great feedback about the site, but a number of people have pointed out that not all listings have the key information filled out at the top of the profile, specifically:

  • capacity
  • minimum booking time
  • room dimensions

And while we're happy to give you the flexibility of offering quote-based pricing, a lot of creators want to have a rough sense of the cost of your space before sending you a request. So we highly recommend adding a minimum price if you use our 'price on request' system.

By adding as much detailed information as you can to your listing, you're increasing potential customers' confidence to book with you and reducing their number of queries. It's a win win.

We know we've been building this system while many of you have listed your spaces, and things will keep evolving and improving, so we would really appreciate it if you check back every now and then to make sure that your information is all up to date.

Upcoming: own a piece of Tutti

The launch of our crowdfunding campaign is fast approaching (we're in the late stages of preparing the paperwork now) - and as you've been an integral part of Tutti's story so far, we want to give you the opportunity to share in our success. We will be selling ownership of the company, where you will be able to buy shares in Tutti for less than £20. (It must be noted that this will be an investment opportunity, so if you choose to invest, your capital will be at risk.)

As mentioned in our previous emails, we've been busy behind the scenes raising investment privately to build new software for you, our hosts. But we also want to give you the chance to get involved, if you've been impressed by what we've managed to achieve so far with no funding and only 3 full time team members.

As a quick reminder, the software will give you a powerful calendar tool to manage and keep track of enquiries, not just from Tutti, but from anywhere. It will also include payment tracking, a customer relationship manager, and data-driven insights to help you determine which sources and types of bookings are most effective for you.

This month we introduce New York-based artist and tea-lover Ruby Silvious. She turned her steeped tea bags into tiny canvases, and has now amassed a collection of tea-rrific travel diaries from across Japan, France and Spain.
