We're here to help with all parts of your venue hire business, not just to advertise your space on the Tutti marketplace.

Instant messaging system & track offline payments
We've added a feature that on the face of it, is quite tiny, but will hopefully save you a lot of time: instant messaging.
Now you can receive messages from clients, instantly, without reloading the page. So if an artist is online when you reply, you can have a direct chat without any frustrating reloads between messages.
We've expanded Tutti Pay. Not only does it help you easily receive and track card payments from anywhere, but now you can also log any payment you receive, no matter how you receive it: cash, BACS, PayPal, or other.
Use this system to track payments when you receive them, and save time when accounts are due at the end of the year - you won't spend ages trying to figure out what payment was made to what account, on what day, ever again. You can give your accountants their own Tutti log-in, so they can use Tutti to track all your payments too.
This is a free feature of the software we're building for you, along with powerful enquiry management solutions, internal team communication tools, and a CRM (customer relationship manager).
